TDS: very hot day and OC cpu went bananas and froze the pc :-( turned off oc for good) dont want a 747 turbine fan for it to not crash on hot days, and the fps gain overclocking is very very little something like 5 fps. not worth it Sept 18, 2017 13:20:29 GMT

andyriches: I saw your post on the official forum. Get well soon Mr G, best wishes. Dec 15, 2017 18:01:39 GMT
Deleted: I last played AC in 2015 and the buggy pile of crap made me have buyers remorse, auto rebinding my wheel to any random device between practice and race sessions. NO. I refuse to unplug. Should I give AC another chance or stay with the superior rFactor2. Dec 31, 2017 13:38:12 GMT
Deleted: ofcorse AC cause rfactor2 looks fugly Jan 5, 2018 19:31:36 GMT
Deleted: I turn off the post processing lighting in all games anyway, I don't like the fake effects of the console generation so fugley makes no odds. I was wondering if there has been enough bug fixes to solve the problems Ive was having. Jan 6, 2018 17:43:44 GMT
Deleted: I did some testing. I found AC v0.7 and works fine. It worked all day without a problem. Feeling hopeful, I went to steam and downloaded the current version (legitimately). Instantly I get the same game breaking bugs from 2015 above. :-[ Jan 8, 2018 23:52:02 GMT
Deleted: u have issuses with ur pc then Jan 9, 2018 19:59:12 GMT
Deleted: If I had PC issues, Id have consistent issues with all games. The only issues I have, is with AC versions after 2015. Sorry AC fanboys but AC has the issue. That issue I suspect is if more than just a wheel is permanently plugged in AC throws a hissy fit. Jan 10, 2018 21:28:31 GMT
Deleted: its wierd that only you have issue. should be some kind conflict remove other controllers or disable from device manager. Jan 14, 2018 12:32:15 GMT
Deleted: Read the forums and steam forums. lots of peeps having wheel, controller and after that last update, none working game issues. Its a PC game Kunos need to understand PC's have other things plugged in, they should make their game tolerant. like other devs. Jan 15, 2018 19:53:34 GMT
Deleted: i dont need to read cause i dont have any problems. Jan 17, 2018 20:45:05 GMT
bigbawmcgraw: @northy there are a couple of threads on the AC official forum with others having problems. If you can't find a solution in those threads, start your own one. You'll get help quicker if you leave your logs. Jan 20, 2018 18:25:57 GMT
Deleted: what logs, AC doesnt crash, AC just changes my bindings to random axis on controllers or sticks etc when it changes sessions. I go back to the binding screen and it all appears fine. I uninstalled again and removed all trace inc the registry. Jan 20, 2018 23:11:44 GMT
Deleted: Shame I cant sell it and remove it from my steam account. Jan 20, 2018 23:15:09 GMT
