Hi there,
I was playing on the Spa server for most of 14/9/15 with no significant problems. (I was taken out a couple of times, saw some wrecking behaviour, but I'm not the sort to complain...) during the course of the day I raced door to door with many other drivers, giving them room and letting them through when they were clearly faster. In the early morning of 15/9/15 I was approaching the final chicane in my M3 and had a 458 close behind. I made a clear move to the right to cover the inside line (as I believe you can) and held my line. The 458 behind me, who was going fractionally quicker than me, then pulled further right, partly off the right hand edge of the track in a suicidal move up the inside. Given that I was on the track and on the racing line I turned into the chicane and the 458, inevitably, takes me out. With both our races ruined I type "no" in chat to express my feelings on the matter, and then carry on with my race. A vote goes up to restart the race - the vote loses (I didn't see who started the vote). Then a vote goes up to get me kicked! The vote wins, voted on by a half full server and by people, unless I am very mistaken, do not know who I am and did not see the incident.
So now I am blacklisted and have a 'strike' against my name. Perhaps if I'd seen the name of the driver first I could have got the vote in first and got him kicked - but I'm not that kind of player. Whatever, I am now kicked for an undisclosed period and feel I did nothing to deserve it. I am angry and feel an injustice has been done. I am a fair driver who fully understands and agrees with ALOOG's principles of respectful and mature driving, but I do not agree with my favourite pastime being ruined by random gamers who know how to abuse your policing system.
Please consider my case.

Since this forum gives me no opportunity to reply to your insinuations I'll try and post it here in the form of an edit... Firstly, thankyou for the blacklist lift. IIRC the lilhandball case involved multiple crashes/restarts and this driver was seen as a major cause of them. I would not 'blindly vote' and eleven voters agreed, as opposed to the 6 who got rid of me. You say "It is very rare for a vote kick to pass unless the player has been seen by the majority of others on track to be driving badly" but then readily accuse me blindly voting? The phenomenon of blind voting is not so rare methinks. Did you mention the times I voted no to kickvotes? The bottom line is I got hit from behind and find myself 33% nearer a permaban. This only has to happen twice more and I'm off your servers for good? That's harsh.
